Industrial Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will begin with training on 1st shift to learn equipment, processes, and safety procedures before transitioning to a 2nd shift schedule. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations with minimal downtime. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined technician with experience in industrial maintenance, hydraulics, welding, conveyors, balers, forklifts, and preventative maintenance programs.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to11:00pm )
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and brake system issues.
- Replace worn or damaged components and perform equipment adjustments.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Welding experience
Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Previous industrial maintenance experience required.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with hydraulics, conveyors, forklifts, balers, and production equipment preferred.
- Welding experience required. Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs.
- Understanding of lockout/tagout and workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment.
