Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
24.00 to $ 26.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 01:30pm to10:00pm )
- Lead and supervise 2nd-shift manufacturing and assembly operations.
- Monitor production, quality, inventory, and workflow to meet daily goals.
- Train and support employees while enforcing safety and company procedures.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and inventory teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Qualifications:
- Proven supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with fluent reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and their application in manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience training, coaching, and managing production teams.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM–10:00 PM on 2nd shift.
