We are seeking reliable Forklift Operators to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of both sit-down and stand-up forklifts within our refrigerated warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent material handling skills, and the ability to thrive in a cold storage setting.

Forklift Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to perform tasks such as loading, unloading, stacking, and moving products and materials
- Conduct pre-operation safety checks on equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Ensure accurate inventory movement and proper storage of goods.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including manual lifting of materials up to 50 lbs on an occasional basis.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, particularly those relevant to cold storage operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Comfortable working in a cold storage or refrigerated warehouse environment; ability to wear appropriate layers for warmth is essential.
- English and Spanish Languages Accepted
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
