Senior Business Analyst (Contracting & Analytics) Details:
Contract position- $
51.00 to $ 55.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Analyze contract performance and strategic initiatives to improve profitability
- Build financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support leadership decisions
- Evaluate payer agreements, manufacturer proposals, 340B opportunities, discount card programs, and profitability initiatives
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools
- Provide analysis and recommendations to support business planning and strategy
- Collaborate with contracting, operations, finance, and cross-functional teams
- Support contract compliance initiatives and process improvement efforts
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc analytical requests
- May provide guidance, coaching, and training support to team members
- Occasional travel may be required to support business initiatives
Senior Business Analyst (Contracting & Analytics) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Analytics, or related field required
- At least 1 year of database management experience
- Prior healthcare, pharmacy, or PBM experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and leadership
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
- Proficiency with Power BI and Power Automate preferred
- Experience with third-party payer contracting preferred Experience with data modeling and analytics strongly preferred
