Business Analyst (Contracting & Analytics) Details:
Contract position- $
42.00 to $ 44.00 / hour First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- 6-month contract opportunity
- Start ASAP
- Analyze contract and business performance data to support strategic initiatives
- Build financial models and business cases for leadership
- Identify trends and provide actionable recommendations from multiple data sources
- Support analysis of payer agreements, manufacturer proposals, 340B programs, and profitability initiatives
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using business intelligence tools
- Partner with finance, operations, and contracting teams
- Communicate findings through reports and presentations
- Maintain and automate reporting for contract performance and profitability
- Support special projects and ad hoc analyses
- Occasional travel may be required
Business Analyst (Contracting & Analytics) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex data analysis
- Experience with financial modeling and reporting Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience using business intelligence and reporting tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities
- Power BI and Power Automate experience preferred
- Familiarity with PBM, pharmacy, reimbursement, or contracting environments preferred
- Third-party payer contracting experience preferred
- Candidates with strong analytics and reporting experience from other industries are encouraged to apply
