Forklift Operator & Seed Treatment Associate
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Forklift Operator and Seed treatment associate to join our production team. This position is responsible for assisting with seed treatment, packaging, and general production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, able to follow instructions, and willing to learn new equipment and processes.

Forklift Operator & Seed Treatment Associate Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment used in seed treating and packaging processes Package and prepare seed products for shipment
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in required safety training
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
- Monitor product quality and ensure accurate packaging specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility
- Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet operational goals
Forklift Operator & Seed Treatment Associate Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn production equipment and new processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
