Assembly Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:00am to02:30pm )
- Assemble products, sub-assemblies, and components according to work instructions
- Perform electromechanical assembly and testing of finished products
- Read and interpret assembly instructions and specifications Inspect completed assemblies for quality and proper fit
- Troubleshoot and rework products as needed
- Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely
- Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing goals
Assembly Technician Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring devices
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
