Assembly Technician Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $20.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
  • Assemble products, sub-assemblies, and components according to work instructions
  • Perform electromechanical assembly and testing of finished products
  • Read and interpret assembly instructions and specifications Inspect completed assemblies for quality and proper fit
  • Troubleshoot and rework products as needed
  • Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely
  • Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing goals

Assembly Technician Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using hand tools and basic measuring devices
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
