Outdoor Yardman Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:30pm )
- Sort and separate various types of metal pieces on a moving conveyor.
- Identify and remove non-metal or incorrect materials from the recycling stream.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, standing, and physical labor throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines while working around industrial equipment.
Outdoor Yardman Qualifications:
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Able to perform repetitive physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify different materials.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, recycling, construction, or general labor experience is a plus.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
