Yard Hostler / Yard Driver – 2nd Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.25 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 03:00pm to11:00pm )
- Operate hostler/yard equipment to safely move, stage, and position trailers throughout the facility.
- Spot trailers at dock doors and designated yard locations while maintaining a safe and organized work area.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and complete required checklists and documentation.
- Follow all DOT, hazardous materials, warehouse, dock, and company safety procedures.
- Communicate with warehouse and operations teams to support efficient trailer movement and daily production needs.
Yard Hostler / Yard Driver – 2nd Shift Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred; 3 years of industry driving experience may substitute for education requirement.
- Minimum 6 months of related driving/yard equipment experience required.
- Must have a valid Class C driver's license and an acceptable driving record in accordance with DOT and company requirements.
- Must be able to safely operate yard equipment, complete basic forms/checklists, follow written instructions, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
