Machine Operator/Heavy Lifter
We are hiring dependable Machine Operators for second- and third-shift opportunities with a well-established food manufacturing company. This fast-paced, physical position requires regularly lifting and handling heavy ingredients and materials while safely operating production equipment.

Machine Operator/Heavy Lifter Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.75 to $ 19.25 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available
- Set up, operate, and monitor food production machinery.
- Lift, pour, and move heavy ingredients and production materials.
- Load materials into machines and maintain a steady production flow.
- Monitor equipment and products for quality and consistency.
- Complete basic equipment adjustments and report mechanical issues.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and surrounding work areas.
- Follow all food safety, workplace safety, and production procedures.
Machine Operator/Heavy Lifter Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent heavy lifting throughout the shift.
- Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and moving for extended periods.
- Ability to work consistently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and cleanliness.
- Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.
- Available to work either second or third shift.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
