General Labor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.00 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials within the facility.
- Perform comprehensive inventory control, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Conduct accurate counting of inventory items to ensure stock levels are correct.
- Execute regular inventory auditing to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
- Perform reconciliation of inventory records against physical counts and system data.
- Investigate and perform root cause analysis for inventory variances and operational issues, proposing and implementing corrective actions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
General Labor Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating a sit-down forklift, with appropriate certification/licensing.
- Demonstrated ability in inventory control practices.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate counting, auditing, and reconciliation.
- Analytical skills for effective root cause analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator.
- Welding experience (MIG, Stick/Wire, TIG).
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
