Powder Coating Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( 04:00am to02:00pm )
- Apply powder coat finishes to metal parts using spray equipment and proper techniques.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting materials before coating.
- Load and unload parts from racks and curing ovens while maintaining production flow.
- Perform quality checks to ensure coatings meet appearance, thickness, and durability standards.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Powder Coating Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, powder coating, painting, or production experience is helpful but not always required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, move, or handle metal parts safely.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality finishes and meet production standards.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and use basic hand tools and equipment.
- Steel-toe boots required; must comply with company safety policies and any pre-employment screening requirements.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
