Client Relations Specialist Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 to $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for an assigned customer base, managing inquiries and collaborating across departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Process product orders, generate accurate pricing estimates, coordinate client appointments, and perform account updates.
- Production Scheduling: Maintain proactive communication with customers to capture changing job requirements and integrate updates into the active production schedule.
- Oversee and communicate delivery dates, issuing formal job status confirmations to clients.
- Cross-train on all active corporate accounts to provide seamless coverage and operational continuity during staffing shortages.
- Partner with internal team members to maintain high service standards and achieve collective departmental benchmarks.
Client Relations Specialist Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience within the printing industry is preferred; a proven track record in professional customer support or client services is required
- Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); capability and willingness to be fully trained in JDE Oracle systems
- Exceptional phone etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely in writing.
- Proven capability to perform under pressure, manage competing deadlines, and maintain strict attention to the minute details of complex projects.
