Director of Customer Relations Details:
Direct Hire position- $
120,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Lead and develop a team of four.
- Manage the warranty process from customer request through resolution.
- Serve as an escalation point for customer concerns and difficult situations.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners through clear, proactive communication.
- Work closely with Construction, Sales, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
- Identify recurring problems and help develop solutions to prevent them.
- Ensure customers feel heard, valued, and taken care of.
Director of Customer Relations Qualifications:
- A natural fixer who takes ownership and finds solutions.
- Excellent with people and comfortable handling difficult conversations.
- Calm, professional, empathetic, and confident.
- Strong communicator and highly organized.
- A proven leader who can hold a team accountable.
- Experience in homebuilding, construction, warranty, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
