Customer Service
Join a local orchard as a Customer Service Associate. This is a temporary weekend position working Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am to 7:00pm, beginning in September and continuing through October. Responsibilities include assisting guests, processing sales, serving food and beverages, providing event information, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment while delivering excellent customer service.

Customer Service Details:
Temporary position- $
14.00 / hour Part Time work available- Weekend work required
Weekend Shift
- Every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., September through October.
- Bakery- Prepare and serve fresh donuts, assist customers, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Tap Room - Serve cider, beer, and wine to guests, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Cider Barn - Assist guests with cider sales and tastings, stock products, answer customer questions, and help maintain the overall appearance of the barn.
- Ticket Booth - Greet guests, sell and scan tickets, provide event information, and ensure a smooth and efficient entry process.
- Outdoor Festival Grounds - Support festival operations by assisting guests, monitoring activity areas, maintaining cleanliness, and helping create a positive guest experience throughout the grounds.
Customer Service Qualifications:
- Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and providing excellent service.
- Ability to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as needed.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Capable of working both indoors (climate-controlled retail environment) and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
