Lab Assay Details:
Temporary position- $
22.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Tuesday throughFriday )
- Collect, receive, and prepare ore, rock, soil and process samples for laboratory analysis, including crushing, splitting, drying and pulverizing materials.
- Perform routine assay testing and laboratory procedures to determine mineral content, metal grades, and sample composition while following established protocols.
- Accurately record test results, maintain laboratory documentation, and enter data into tracking systems to ensure quality and traceability.
- Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments while reporting any equipment issues or discrepancies.
- Follow all mine site safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures to ensure a safe and efficient laboratory operation.
Lab Assay Qualifications:
- Previous mining, construction, labor, or equipment experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to follow mine-site procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Must be physically able to lift, bend, stand, walk, and work around heavy equipment.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors, in changing weather conditions, and in a dusty/noisy environment.
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
