• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:00pm)

**Job Type:** Full-time**Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Shifts may begin as early as 6:30 AM or as late as 7:15 AM based on workload. (Interview and primary job site; work sites will vary)**Job Summary*Key Responsibilities:*** Perform precise installation of various finish products within new residential and commercial construction environments.* Utilize a variety of hand tools and a tape measure accurately for all installation tasks.* Engage professionally and courteously with clients on job sites, acting as a customer service representative (CSR).* Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company standards during installation and assembly.*Work Environment & Physical Demands:*** Work environments are dynamic and varied, including a warehouse for assembly tasks and diverse customer construction sites for installations.* Frequent exposure to outdoor and non-climate-controlled conditions is a common aspect of the role.* Ability to individually lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.* Ability to safely team-lift objects weighing up to 100 lbs.* Requires prolonged periods of standing, bending, and walking throughout the workday.
