Epicor Technical Specialist Details:
Direct Hire position- $
100,000.00 to $ 130,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Provide technical and functional support for the Epicor ERP system, troubleshooting issues, resolving user requests, and ensuring efficient day-to-day system performance.
- Develop, maintain, and support Epicor customizations, including dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, workflows, and other system enhancements to meet business needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that increase efficiency and user experience.
- Deliver Epicor user training, create and maintain system documentation, and assist with testing, upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a backup resource for general IT helpdesk support while maintaining a high level of customer service and collaborating with vendors, developers, and end users to resolve issues and drive enhancements.
Epicor Technical Specialist Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Epicor ERP experience (10.2 and Kinetic required), with strong technical skills in SQL, C#, Crystal Reports, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of business operations, including finance, inventory management, manufacturing, and operational processes; manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Experience supporting ERP systems through ticketing systems, troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, manage multiple priorities, and quickly learn new systems and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused team player who is adaptable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
