Purchasing Agent Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 to $ 20.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:30am to05:00pm )
•Order raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and supplies
•Obtain quotes from vendors and compare pricing
•Track inventory levels and reorder materials before shortages occur
•Coordinate with production, warehouse, and accounting teams
•Follow up with suppliers on delivery dates and shortages
•Maintain purchasing records and spreadsheets
•Negotiate pricing and terms as they gain experience
•Help ensure materials are available to meet production schedules
Must have very good organization and communication skills
