Injection Mold Processor Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 11:55pm to08:00am )
• Supervise and support overnight injection molding production operations.
• Set up molds, perform mold changes, and ensure machines are running efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, troubleshoot molding defects, and adjust processes as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure products meet specifications.
• Lead a safe, productive work environment while maintaining production schedules.
Injection Mold Processor Supervisor Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with injection molding machine setup, mold changes, and process troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
• Knowledge of plastic resins/materials such as Polypropylene, Polycarbonate, ABS, Lupox, and Rynite.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or within a team.
