Cheese Lab Technician
Perform quality testing on milk and cheese products, collect samples, document test results, and ensure products meet food safety and quality standards. Follow laboratory procedures, GMPs, and sanitation requirements in a fast-paced cheese production facility.

Cheese Lab Technician Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 05:00am to05:00pm )
- Perform quality testing on milk, cheese, and other dairy products.
- Collect and prepare product samples for laboratory testing.
- Record and maintain accurate test results and production data.
- Monitor products to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards.
- Follow GMPs, sanitation procedures, and all laboratory safety requirements.
Cheese Lab Technician Qualifications:
- Previous laboratory, quality control, or food production experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record test results.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to follow laboratory procedures, GMPs, and food safety standards.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
