2nd Shift Logistics Supervisor Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
35.00 to $ 37.00 / hour Second Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:30pm )
- Oversee the internal flow of materials and finished products from receipt through shipment.
- Supervise loading, shipping, sequencing, traceability, labeling, and container management activities.
- Ensure production lines have adequate materials and supplies while maintaining organized stocking areas.
- Lead, train, and coach logistics operators while monitoring team performance and productivity.
- Track delivery and inventory performance, address shipment issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
2nd Shift Logistics Supervisor Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics, production control, material handling, warehousing, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Supervisory or team-lead experience with the ability to train, coach, and manage logistics personnel.
- Strong understanding of shipping, inventory control, material flow, sequencing, labeling, and traceability processes.
- Ability to monitor performance metrics, resolve delivery issues, and identify opportunities to improve productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional logistics or supply chain education is a plus.
