Warehouse Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
27.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Monitor workflow, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Coordinate staffing, training, and performance management for warehouse team members.
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or operations is a plus.
- 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Experience with warehouse management systems, inventory control, and productivity tracking preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- SAP experience preferred
