Sales Support
This role is a key part of the sales process—ensuring samples and sales materials are prepared, packed, and shipped, with all details accurately logged and shared with the right stakeholders. Responsibilities include processing sales service requests, capturing key shipment and work order information (e.g., tracking numbers and ship dates), and updating the sales team, operations team, customer, and project coordinator with status and next steps.

Sales Support Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.50 / hour Part Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughWednesday from 08:00am to02:00pm )
- Sales Work Order (SWO) Processing: Package, log, and ship simple-to-complex orders via FedEx and UPS portals.
- Tracking & Communication: Monitor shipment statuses and log key data to keep internal teams and customers informed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Project Coordinators and internal departments to support project management and workflow.
- Team & Operations Support: Assist Operations, Production, and Product Development; conduct post-project reviews within two weeks of completion. Other duties as assigned
Sales Support Qualifications:
- Operation knowledge of packing and process parcel shipments
- Ability to use FedEx, UPS and DHL portals.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communications skills
- Must be able to work with the team in both office and production settings professionally
- Requires a total of one or more years of operational experience in shipping, production, or sales support
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
