Product Upload Specialist Details:
Contract position- $
20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour - Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
We are seeking a Product Upload Specialist to assist our Digital Sales & Marketing team with uploading and managing product listings on our company website. This role requires strong technical accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload, organize, and maintain product listings on the company’s eCommerce platform.
- Ensure product information, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and consistent.
- Work closely with the Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist to meet upload deadlines and quality standards.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
- Assist with other digital product management or administrative tasks as needed.
Product Upload Specialist Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong experience with spreadsheets and Excel for data management and organization.
- Must be able to work onsite at the Phoenix office.
Highly Preferred:
- Experience using Matrixify for bulk uploads.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
