Robot Operator - Night Shift Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 to $ 22.50 / hour Full Time work availableThird Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 08:00pm to06:00am )
- Load and unload robotic welding cells.
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Position and secure materials using fixtures and tools.
- Read blueprints and drawings to verify specifications and tolerances.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE and equipment operation.
- Maintain welding gauges, tooling, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Communicate production, quality, and maintenance concerns to appropriate team members.
Robot Operator - Night Shift Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Previous metal fabrication or welding experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of MIG welding principles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and tape measures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well with a team.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations involving fractions, percentages, and measurements.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
