Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.25 / hour Full Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Operate and monitor tire retread manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
- Load and unload materials while maintaining quality and production standards.
- Perform routine machine checks and report equipment or safety concerns.
- Work in a hot industrial setting with frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs throughout the shift.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous Machine Operator, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly and perform frequent standing, bending, reaching, and twisting.
- Must be comfortable working in a hot industrial environment throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Madison, TN for scheduled shifts.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and be willing to undergo a background check.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
