Field Construction Laborer Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to05:00pm )
- Site Set-Up & Maintenance: Dig trenches/foundations, clear debris, spray weeds, pull trash, and maintain a safe, organized job site.
- Material & Equipment Transport: Load and unload job site materials, shovel dirt/asphalt, and operate equipment such as forklifts and skid loaders.
- Hands-On Construction Labor: Assist crew leads with form assembly, ditch work, traffic direction, and using power tools.
- Safety & Physical Work: Safely navigate job site terrain, lift up to 50 lbs., and comfortably work at heights, in trenches, and outdoors in all weather.
- Pay starts at $18/hour with Advancement and Growth Opportunity.
Field Construction Laborer Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License
- CDL Preferred, or ability to obtain in near future
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to perform all physical duties in outside work environment
- Previous relatable experience preferred
- Requires ability to pass full drug screen
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
