SMT Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
21.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Efficient and accurate feeder setup & teardown.
- Set up & calibrate the GKG printer for each production run, ensuring stencil alignment and print accuracy.
- Perform teardown 7 cleaning of the GKG printer after production runs, following standard operating procedures.
- Load & run the correct reflow profile for each assembly, and confirm the oven is ready before running boards.
- Machine setup & operation.
- Machine maintenance & troubleshooting.
- Verify all processes are correctly followed & that output meets quality standards.
- Participate in cross-training on program verification & library maintenance when designated.
- Adhere to company quality standards & procedures to ensure high-quality output.
- Follow all safety guidelines & procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents to the SMT manager.
SMT Operator Qualifications:
- Proficiency in assembling complex, small-scale components as well as larger production line assemblies.
- Understanding of electronics & sensitivity to handling electronic components.
- Ability to work with digital assembly instructions & interpret technical documents.
- Excellent attention to detail & a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to adapt to different assembly techniques & requirements based on project needs.
- Effective communication skills & the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
