Facilities Maintenance Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
20.00 to $ 30.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to03:30pm )
- Perform general building and facility maintenance, repairs, and upkeep.
- Handle carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and welding tasks.
- Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues and determine effective repairs.
- Order maintenance supplies, maintain records, and schedule routine maintenance.
- Ensure the facility remains safe, functional, clean, and well-maintained.
Facilities Maintenance Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general manufacturing, building maintenance, or facilities maintenance preferred.
- Skilled in carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and welding.
- Strong troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills for diagnosing maintenance issues.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills, including maintaining records and ordering supplies.
- Must be physically able to lift and move equipment, stand or walk for extended periods, and work in hot or cold conditions.
