Maintenance Technician Details:
Contract to Hire position- $
34.73 / hour - Weekend work required
Third Shift
- Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on plant equipment to keep operations running efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and production equipment throughout the facility.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and equipment manuals to complete repairs and installations.
- Partner with production teams to identify equipment issues, improve performance, and maintain safe operations.
- Complete welding, pipefitting, lubrication, adjustments, and other maintenance tasks as needed.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, along with 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including experience with pumps, motors, conveyors, air valves, and motor control circuits.
- Ability to diagnose equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, and complete repairs using technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals.
- Welding, pipefitting, and predictive maintenance experience preferred, with a strong commitment to safety and GMP standards.
- Must be able to work a rotating 12-hour night shift (6 PM-6 AM) and perform work in varying temperatures, dusty environments, and at heights.
