West Unity, Oh Manufacturer is looking for a Second Shift Supervisor position. This is a salaried position.

Second Shift Supervisor Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
28.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:30pm to11:30pm )
- Responsible for supervising, training, and coordinating activities of associates within the cell
- Responsible for quality within the cell
- Responsible for coaching and counseling of associates
- Preparation of all required production reports
- Conducts weekly cell meetings
- Administers daily overtime for lead person, and material handler within their cell
- Monitors vacation requests and scheduling of vacation for lead person and material handler to attain adequate coverage
- Completes Training/Evaluation Forms for new associates, material handlers and lead persons within the cell for 30/60-day intervals after associates are hired or start a new position
Second Shift Supervisor Qualifications:
- Good communication, interpersonal, and supervisory skills
- Satisfactory work record, including attendance
- Willingness to work overtime during the week and weekends when necessary
- High degree of attention and care required to prevent injury to self and others
- Ability to obtain a passport
- Ability to stand, climb ladder onto machines, bending and stooping
- Mental alertness to procedures/changes and to call for assistance when needed
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds infrequently
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
