LTL Freight Shipping Coordinator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:30am to05:00pm )
- Some OT and Saturdays as needed
- Coordinate and schedule LTL shipments with carriers
- Communicate with production and office teams regarding order details and shipment status
- Track LTL shipments and follow up on delivery issues as needed
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and other required paperwork
- Maintain accurate shipment information and follow company shipping procedures
LTL Freight Shipping Coordinator Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience is a plus; training can be provided
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
