Turret Machine Operator
We are seeking an experienced Turret Operator to join a growing sheet metal manufacturing team in Decatur, AL. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and a solid employment history. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring turret punch press equipment to produce quality sheet metal components according to specifications.

Turret Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.03 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 05:00am to03:30pm )
- Set up and operate turret punch press machinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
- Load and unload sheet metal materials safely.
- Perform machine adjustments to maintain quality standards. Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and gauges.
Turret Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required.
- Previous turret operator experience.
- Experience in sheet metal manufacturing is highly desired.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Dependable with a stable work history.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
