We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Clipper (Production Associate) to join our manufacturing team in Lumberton, NC. This position plays a key role in the production and finishing of textile and packaging products, including burlap bags and similar materials. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Clipper Details:
Temporary position- $
11.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Operate clipping and sealing equipment to close and finish products.
- Inspect raw materials and finished goods to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.
Clipper Qualifications:
Required
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 10-25 pounds as needed.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience.
Preferred
- Experience operating production, sewing, or packaging equipment.
- Willingness to learn new processes and equipment.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
