Flow Master Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
15.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to03:00pm )
- Set up and operate Flowmaster inserting equipment for direct mail production.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Load materials and ensure accurate assembly of mail pieces.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications.
Flow Master Operator Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred, but willing to train dependable candidates.
- Ability to follow written instructions and maintain quality standards in a production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify production issues.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but may not be required based on experience.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
