Elwood Staffing is hiring a 2nd Shift Shipping Forklift Operator in Longview, TX! Mon-Fri 2p-10:30p, with some OT and Some Saturdays $18/hr!

2nd Shift Shipping Forklift Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:30pm )
- Some OT and some Saturdays
- Operate a forklift to load, unload, and transport materials
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping instructions
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments and report any discrepancies
- Maintain warehouse organization, keeping work areas clean and safe
- Use scanners, inventory systems, and shipping software to prepare shipments and update records.
- Work with team members and carriers to ensure on-time shipments
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
2nd Shift Shipping Forklift Operator Qualifications:
- Forklift experience required
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Experience with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, etc.) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
