CNC Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
25.00 to $ 28.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
Various shifts available ( Monday throughFriday )
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
- Set up and efficiently operate various CNC machinery, including mills, lathes, and other machining equipment.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, such as micrometers and calipers, to inspect parts and verify adherence to strict tolerances.
- Monitor machine operations closely, making precise offset adjustments as needed to maintain production quality and efficiency.
- Perform tooling and insert changes to ensure consistent quality standards are met throughout production runs.
- Conduct thorough in-process quality inspections and meticulously document all results.
CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a CNC Machine Operator
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
- Previous experience with calipers, micrometers and gauges
- Previous experience making offset adjustments and maintaining part tolerances
- Previous experience changing tooling and inserts
- Previous experience performing setups, programming, and machine adjustments independently
- CAD/CAM programming experience preferred
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
