Warehouse Manager Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $60,000.00 /annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

As the Warehouse Manager, you oversee daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for supervising warehouse employees, coordinating material flow, preparing production reports, monitoring quality concerns, and ensuring shipments are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have warehouse leadership experience and be comfortable operating a Hi-Lo.

Job Duties:

• Gather all necessary information to prepare production reports and summaries.
• Participate in production meetings to discuss material flow, staffing concerns, and operational issues.
• Assign tasks to warehouse employees and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
• Ensure warehouse employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and established work guidelines.
• Order supplies needed for daily warehouse operations while remaining within the established budget.
• Track and control parts documented with internal or external quality issues.
• Monitor shipments, audits, packing, and other warehouse processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Communicate with outside vendors to track parts and obtain updates as needed.
• Assist with sorting and packaging parts.Assist with re-sorting parts affected by quality issues.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
