Production/Kitting Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
16.50 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:30am to04:30pm )
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for performing all assigned painting and blasting duties in a professional manner
- Assist in performing inside and outside painting and blasting duties in a productive manner to include:
- Preparing paint and blast by mixing components accurately -
- Preparing surfaces before painting
- Applying specified coatings of paint
- Perform all activities in accordance with all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
- Utilize standard blast and paint equipment such as conventional and airless spray equipment, motorized lifts, brushes, rollers and other related equipment
- Dispose of residual materials appropriately
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- All other duties as assigned.
Production/Kitting Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Strong attendance record, reliability, and ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime as needed.
- Must be able to pass required pre-employment screenings, which may include a background check and/or drug screen.
- Ability to lift, stand, walk, or perform other physical job duties as required by the position.

- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
