Welder/Fabricator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
23.69 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 03:30pm to02:00am )
- Read blueprints, drawings, and work orders to fabricate and weld metal components to required specifications.
- Cut, fit, assemble, and weld metal parts using appropriate welding techniques and equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity before completion.
- Operate fabrication tools such as saws, grinders, presses, and measuring equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean work area, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Welder/Fabricator Qualifications:
- Previous welding and fabrication experience preferred, with the ability to perform MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding based on job requirements.
- Abililty to read blueprints, technical drawings, tape measures, and other precision measuring tools.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and the proper use of fabrication equipment, hand tools, and power tools.
- Must be able to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a physical production environment.
- Must successfully complete required pre-employment screenings, which may include a welding test, background check, drug screen, and verification of work eligibility.
