Rod Guide Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available- Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday throughSaturday from 07:00am to06:00pm )
- Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
- Assist the Guide Lead with day-to-day production activities. Inspect guides for porosity, defects, and other quality concerns.
- Paint rods after molding has been completed.
- Complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and assist with PM requirements for the night crew.
- Inspect and maintain production, shop, and field equipment. Identify and report equipment problems, defects, or process deviations.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and operating procedures.
- Perform other production duties as assigned.
Rod Guide Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors, leads, and team members regarding safety, quality, equipment, and production concerns.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions, safety information, equipment labels, and basic production documentation.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English to understand and follow safety instructions, work procedures, training materials, and operational directions.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
