We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our customers and contribute to the success of our branch operations.

Inside Sales Rep Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 06:45am to04:00pm )
- Determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Follow a product and supply checklist for each customer's project and identify opportunities to upsell additional products and supplies
- Answer incoming phone calls and enter sales orders accurately
- Accept customer payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts
- Coordinate customer pickups with warehouse personnel
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time and all items are accounted for
- Reorder products to maintain appropriate inventory levels in the store and warehouse
- Address and resolve customer service concerns in a professional and timely manner
Inside Sales Rep Qualifications:
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in drywall, acoustical ceilings, steel studs, or related building materials
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
