Staffing Recruiter Details:
Direct Hire position- $
18.00 to $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday )
- Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent through job boards, referrals, social media, and community networking.
- Match candidates to client job opportunities based on skills, experience, and career goals.
- Conduct candidate follow-up and maintain strong communication throughout the hiring process.
- Assist with orientation, onboarding, and employment documentation.
- Perform quality check-ins with associates and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Support branch operations, customer service, and business development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking and staffing systems.
Staffing Recruiter Qualifications:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service, recruiting, sales, or human resources experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Fluency in English, Spanish, and French Creole is a plus and highly valued for serving our diverse associates.
