We are seeking experienced Welders to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have experience welding thin-gauge materials and be committed to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Welder Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 05:00am to01:30pm )
- Perform TIG welding on thin-gauge cold rolled steel (CRS), stainless steel, and aluminum
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and fabrication drawings
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production schedules
Welder Qualifications:
- Experience welding thin-gauge CRS, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to use measuring tools and perform accurate fit-up
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
