Order Entry - CSR Details:
Direct Hire position- $
45,000.00 / annually First Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 07:00am to04:00pm )
- Enter customer orders accurately into the order management system
- Respond to customer questions regarding order status, shipping timelines, availability, and product options
- Check inventory and provide accurate updates to customers
- Prepare basic quotes for woven products using simple math and established guidelines
- Coordinate with production and internal teams to support timely order processing
Order Entry - CSR Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of customer service, order entry, or customer account support experience preferred
- ERP or order management system experience required; Epicor experience is a plus
- Manufacturing, distribution, product-based, or order management background strongly preferred
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with accurate data entry and attention to detail
