Director of HSE Details:
Direct Hire position- $
120,000.00 / annually Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 08:00am to05:00pm )
- Lead and execute the company’s HSE strategy, aligning safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence with business objectives.
- Oversee corporate health, safety, and environmental programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and all applicable regulations.
- Drive a proactive safety culture through training, risk management, incident prevention, and workforce engagement initiatives.
- Develop standardized HSE policies, performance metrics, and continuous improvement programs to reduce risk and enhance operations.
- Partner with executive and operational leadership to identify risks, ensure audit readiness, and strengthen organizational performance and accountability.
Director of HSE Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HSE experience, including leadership responsibility for multi-site operations and safety programs.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, environmental compliance requirements, and risk management practices.
- Ability to travel to support field operations, audits, and training initiatives.
