Wave Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
17.00 / hour Full Time work availableWeekend Shift ( Friday throughSunday from 06:00am to06:00pm )
- Operate and monitor wave solder equipment used in electronics manufacturing.
- Load materials, inspect completed circuit boards, and verify quality standards are met. Identify defects and report quality or production issues.
- Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while following safety and ESD procedures.
Wave Operator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous manufacturing, machine operator, assembly, electronics, soldering, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation and records accurately.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Background screening and drug screening required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
