Repair Table Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
18.00 / hour Full Time work availableSecond Shift ( Monday throughFriday from 02:00pm to10:00pm )
- Inspect incoming pallets thoroughly to identify damages, defects, and areas requiring repair.
- Execute repairs on wooden pallets using a variety of hand tools (e.g., hammers, pry bars, nail guns, saws) and, potentially, machinist tools.
- Remove and replace damaged boards, blocks, and other pallet components efficiently and accurately.
- Operate pneumatic tools and other machinery safely and effectively for pallet repair.
- Sort, stack, and move repaired pallets according to established company standards and procedures.
Repair Table Operator Qualifications:
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently and continuously throughout an 8-hour shift.
- Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
- Work takes place in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and established safety protocols precisely.
- Proficiency in using Hand Tools (e.g., hammers, nail guns, pry bars, saws).* Experience with Machinist Tools.
