Machine Operator Details:
Temp-to-Hire position- $
19.00 / hour Full Time work availableFirst Shift ( Monday throughThursday from 05:45am to04:15pm )
- Set up and operate press brake equipment to bend and form steel parts to specifications.
- Read blueprints and work orders to ensure accurate production and quality standards.
- Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and inspect finished parts.
- Safely move materials and completed parts throughout the fabrication process.
- Maintain a clean work area while following all safety procedures and guidelines.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- 1-3+ years of press brake, machine operation, or metal fabrication experience preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
- Must be safety-minded, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform standing, bending, stooping, and climbing throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; stable work history with 1-2+ years per employer strongly preferred.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
